Overthinking.
I always have to keep myself busy with something. Because if i’m not occupied with anything and i’m doing nothing, that’s when all the thinking starts going on inside my head. And the problem is, i overthink EVERYTHING. Even the little things. I take all the little stuff and turn them into a big deal.
